Smells like Blue Cheese

I read in the Globe and Mail a couple of weekends ago that a cheesemaker's guild had just commissioned a cheese that smelled like Stilton. Stilton is the Cadillac of Blue Cheese (named for the blue 'veins' that run through wheels of this cheese) and without a doubt, the stinkiest of all the cheeses; a really great Stilton can make your eyes run with the reek.
I don't know who'll be buying the scent, but to each their own, I guess.
Now if only I could get some Eau de Garlic and Onions....
